When I was in Brisbane recently, I went to Dopamine Land. I thought it was a fitting place to explore, considering I was there to present a session on ADHD and how we take action. This part of the experience was my favourite. A mirrored room full of strands of light and sound. ✨My takeaway is, "It’s all about light and perspective."
