Here is another nifty video created for a customer. I sent the customer a few different options to trial that were programmed with both CB as well as our private frequency. The customer preferred the GME option and wanted a little more information on its capabilities. They wanted to use a private channel internally but have trucks come to site that operate on CB channel 32 only. They wanted to be able to scan both channels all the time as staff could be in multiple locations and they wanted everyone to know when a truck arrives at site. I programmed the radios with a talk group that contained CB32 as well as our private channel and added the scan feature. I sent them the video below to showcase that it was possible and how it worked. The CP50 is a great durable radio from GME that offers so much flexibility for the end user.
