🎥 Back on the tools and I couldn't be happier! Last Friday, I had the privilege of sitting down with Fil Filiposki and Stanislav Filshtinskiy, the co-founders of AttackForge®, to dive deep into their journey. We spent the day in Melbourne capturing their story on film, and it reminded me of how much I enjoy drawing out the passion behind a brand's narrative. In a world filled with noise, storytelling is still one of the most powerful ways to connect with decision-makers and build trust. There's something incredibly authentic about hearing the challenges, successes, and vision directly from the founders who live and breathe their mission every day. It's authenticity that resonates with your audience. With any audience. Being hands-on in these moments allows me highly engaging content. It's about crafting stories with which people can empathise. It's about giving founders a voice with which their audience can truly connect. 🎥 Drawing out cyber stories is one of my favourite things to do. 😎 Please reach out if you would ever like to chat. • 🚨 Making Cybersecurity Second Nature 🚨 How do we shift basic cyber security habits like using a password manager, enabling two-factor authentication, or updating software regularly, from "nice to have" to as automatic as putting on a seatbelt? In Episode 21 of Future Secured, Kylie Watson, Head of Security – APJ MEA (Asia Pacific, Japan, Middle East and Africa) DXC Technology, joins hosts Tom Finnigan and Jason Murrell as she shares her thoughts on tackling this challenge through human-focused strategies: "Humans aren’t the weakest link; they’re our greatest strength. Using behavioural economics, nudge theory, and change management models like ADKAR, we can help people make better cyber security choices and make those choices stick." 🔑 Key Takeaways from Kylie’s Insight: - Awareness is the foundation: People need to understand why cyber security matters and how it benefits them. - Desire drives change: Help individuals see the personal and professional value in adopting safer practices. - Knowledge and ability matter: Training alone isn’t enough. Practical tools and repeatable processes make a difference. - Sustainability is key: Change has to stick. Making security practices habitual is where the real challenge lies. 💡 The Opportunity Ahead: Australia is still maturing in how we approach the human side of cyber security. By applying proven models and focusing on behavioural change, we can embed these practices into our culture so they’re as instinctive as buckling up before driving. 🎥 Don’t miss the full episode https://lnkd.in/gAUg9uQd 👇 Join the Conversation: What do you think it will take to make basic cyber security practices as common as wearing a seatbelt?
