Students from around Australia flocked to Brisbane for the STEM MAD National Showcase last week. 10 MACS schools were selected to present following the Melbourne STEM MAD Student Showcase in September. The next generation of innovators presented their creative approaches to counter some of the challenges facing our world, including species loss, natural disasters, community accessibility issues and human expansion to space. To meet the demand for our whole-child Catholic education, we're investing across the MACS school network, setting priorities and projects to grow alongside our communities. Last week, we celebrated the opening of dynamic new learning spaces for Years 5 and 6 students at St Peter Apostle School, Hoppers Crossing, designed to support the students' transition to secondary school.
