  • As 2024 draws to a close, we reflect on a year filled with incredible milestones and unforgettable moments. This year, we hosted our first-ever conference in Melbourne at the amazing ACMI, bringing together like-minded leaders and innovators to collaborate and grow. We also launched member networking events across the East Coast and online, creating spaces for our community to connect, share insights, and build lasting relationships.   Another highlight was the growth of our team. We were thrilled to welcome Danielle Trovato on board – she has truly thrived in her role, contributing significantly to our success and the experiences we deliver to our members.   To our Chairs and Speakers, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you who has been involved in and contributed to the LCA Membership Community this year.   We’re thrilled to announce, we’ll be launching new Roundtables next year!   • We love checking in with our Members to find out what topics they’re excited to dive into during their Roundtable meetings. This year, AI has sparked a lot of curiosity and interest! Recently, Lisa Carlin presented to one of our Chief Operating Officer Roundtables on the topic, "Turbocharging Your Strategy Execution with AI." Our members described the session as “very engaging,” “full of practical examples,” and praised Lisa's ability to “distil a vast and complex topic into an easy-to-digest format.” Some key insights included:   ⭐Many staff are already experimenting with AI but lack incentives to share their insights. ⭐Businesses should begin with a basic AI policy and openly encourage experimentation ⭐Failure to establish an AI policy could delay a coherent, strategic approach to AI adoption across the organisation, ultimately postponing the benefits. #AIInBusiness #ExecutiveRoundtable #ArtificialIntelligence #BusinessGrowth #ContinuousImprovement
