Another basketball season is over for the Pigeons #wanneroobasketball team. They've had a great season, missing out on 6th place in the play offs last night. #JEMTraining is proud to continue their sponsorship of this great team next season.

We focused on the #PR6 model which outlines 6 strategies that help build and maintain resilience and we had lots of fun along the way too. Both of these clients are always a joy to work with because of their openness and thirst for learning.

I have very much enjoyed working with #cityofjoondalup this week. Attendees are always engaged and open to #learning and #training. This time we focused on #deescalation techniques and provided specific guidance on simple strategies to employ as well as pitfalls to avoid. Great to see #localgovernment equipping their staff with tools and skills to function well in their roles.

You wouldn't think #deescalation #training would be necessary at #LotteryWest but when dealing with the general public, it's best to be prepared; there's always someone who's not happy. Great to see organisations supporting their staff by up skilling them and prioritising their safety and wellbeing.

JEM Training have been proud to assist #Tronox with #Presentation skills training during their Graduate week. The graduates prepared business pitches to be made in front of a 'Shark Tank' panel comprising Tronox directors. They gave 100% effort which I'm sure will result in some outstanding presentations.
