We help great leaders be even better. Incredible People was launched in 2008 by our experienced Organisational Development &Human Resources leader and accredited leadership coach Natalie Lincolne, with a mission to build incredible leaders who can inspire and encourage their teams to unlock their full potential. After seeing her first client flourish from an improved work life balance and increased staff retention as a result of leadership coaching, Natalie’s passion to support leaders on their journey was born. As her client base grew, she saw the positive ripple effect at an organisational level from coaching leaders to develop self-awareness, build their emotional intelligence and discover effective, proven and actionable leadership techniques. Since then, Incredible People has grown significantly from its humble beginnings and now has a reputation amongst leaders and organisations for its practical approach across multiple industries. The skills and behaviour that are needed to implement business strategy and create the desired team or organisational culture are often omitted from traditional leadership training. By leaving out connected leadership and leadership culture, development overlooks what makes leadership come alive, and the factors that often determine whether strategies and plans will actually be achieved. Natalie Lincolne, owner and Strategic Leadership Coach has qualifications and over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Leadership Development and Coaching.
