The International Fresh Produce Association Australia and New Zealand (IFPA ANZ) has announced the appointment of Belinda Wilson as its new Managing Director, effective January 6, 2025. Belinda succeeds Ben Hoodless, who will assist with the transition before focusing on his business, Element Ag.
A highly experienced CEO, lawyer, and company director, Belinda brings a wealth of experience across diverse sectors, including seafood, Defence, and membership associations. Her track record of advocacy, innovative strategy development, and policy influence has earned her recognition as a changemaker in Australian industries.
Belinda’s immediate focus includes strengthening IFPA ANZ locally, fostering global connections through events like Hort Connections, and supporting the fresh produce and floral supply chain. Her insights into national strategy and leadership, gained during her time at the Australian War College, will be pivotal in shaping IFPA ANZ’s role in the Federal Government’s National Food Plan.
Belinda’s passion for building relationships and driving cultural change makes her an inspiring leader for IFPA ANZ’s next chapter.
