Feeling #overwhelmed? We have all been there and it can make it hard to focus or move forward. We recommend starting by focusing on your breathing, then put pen to paper and write 3 lists based on the following: 🔟 micro actions: tiny actions that can make a difference! Send that email you’ve been meaning to get to, write one sentence of that report, schedule 30 mins to focus on just one task. 🔟 tasks you can ditch, delegate or delay… delegate that errand you’ve been putting off, identify a task to push-back on, discard some clutter from your desk. 🔟 small joyful things: moments of happiness that can lighten your mood - have a cup of tea or a good coffee, take a short walk outside, call a friend, admire the sky. And remember to be kind to yourself!
