'Tis the Season of 3
The number 3 seems to be weaving its way through my life this week. #ConnectT - my first major investment celebrated its 3rd anniversary yesterday and is now transforming into Verify8 and expanding into #ANZ.
This week, it’s been 3 quarters since I resigned from my last corporate job & 3 months since I moved to #Australia. As I wait at Melbourne T3, to board a 3PM flight, for a 3-week trip to #Singapore, the 3rd country I’ve called home, I cannot help but reflect what a whirlwind journey it has been.
While I started with a backseat Managing Partner role at ConnectT, I will now be taking a more active role as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) across both Verify8 entities, to add to my similar responsibilities at EDUC4TE, making it 3 businesses to help grow.
I am honoured and privileged to be working with 3 highly talented and motivated partners, Edward Law Qi Feng, Tom Wu & Alpesh N.. And I can’t help feel a bit of pride to be the one to be the bridge for this inter-continental expansion.
Thanks also to my DaNiche Ventures co-founder Tiffany Nguyen without whose motivation & support I probably wouldn't even have started.
There are goals and aspirations that I had set myself out for, to achieve over first 3 years to see if I am cut out for this. I suppose I will have to wait 3x3x3 more months to see how that goes.

On the eve of our 3rd anniversary, we’re thrilled to announce our rebrand from ConnectT to Verify8 as we embark on an exciting expansion from Singapore to ANZ!
This new chapter reflects our growth and commitment to innovation, excellence in service, and fostering new partnerships. We’re dedicated to enhancing our offerings and delivering even greater value to our clients.
Our journey started three years ago with our founders, Edward Law Qi Feng and Tom Wu, 2 young and motivated professionals who had a dream to build an IT Consulting business and who have slowly got us to this current milestone. We’re also grateful to have Daanish Antulay as a part of our team who joined us as Managing Partner earlier this year; he has been integral to our growth this fiscal year. His leadership has paved the way for our expansion beyond #Singapore, and he has been instrumental in bringing on board Alpesh N., the newest member of our leadership team, who will oversee our #ANZ operations.
