🏁🎄🤶🎅🎄🎅🎁🎁🎄🎄🤶🎅🎁🎄🏁 🙏🙏🙏 With the finish line of the 2024 working year coming into view quickly, we wanted to say many, many thank you's. 👨💻👨💻👩💻 2024 has been an excellent year for Dapth, as our technical team have been helping fast growth and mature organisations meet business challenges with transformational and connected digital solutions. 🏢🏢🏢 While our focus has been on the work we do and the organisations and companies we work with, we've also found time to initiate some transformations of our own. ✏️✏️✏️ Welcoming Dan Bradley to the team as Head of Design has strengthened our service design capabilities, and Dan is working alongside Phil Allen, Natasha Allen, Jonathan Aindow and Kereti Wharemate on a new positioning and brand refresh for Dapth itself. Watch this space in 2025! 👌👌👌 We say HUGE THANK YOU's to all of the individuals, brands and businesses that have chosen Dapth as their digital consultancy and solution partners. Solving complex business challenges that drive real change is what we're most passionate about. ⌨️⌨️⌨️ Our team welcomed Sami Radford to the team and Sami is helping in a hybrid role, combining her organisational and content and writing skills to work for Dapth's own content marketing. 🛟🛟🛟 Eddie Speight also joined Dapth this year, and has filled some big shoes in the Support role. This is a challenging position, with touch points with many of our clients, and a huge variety of challenges to tackle. Well done Eddie! 📈📈📈 And finally, Ben De Jonge joined us recently as Brand & Growth Lead, working alongside Jon, Phil and Dan on Dapth's own content, marketing, partnerships, memberships and new business. 🤝🤝🤝 We're also grateful for the companies we partner with because we believe in specialisation and the power of collaboration to achieve the best solutions for clients. We wish everyone in the Dapth community a happy, relaxed and safe Christmas season, holidays and a positive start to 2025.

A great website works hard to drive results. Wondering what it takes to make your site stand out? Start with visibility, it’s how your audience finds you. Optimising your site for SEO boosts traffic and puts your business where it belongs—at the top of search results. Speed matters, too. A slow site frustrates users and sends them running. Keeping your website fast ensures visitors stay engaged and explore what you have to offer. Next, let’s talk security. Your website is the digital face of your business—protecting it (and your users’ data) is non-negotiable. Strong security measures build trust and credibility. Once users are on your site, clear CTAs are key. Whether it’s booking a demo, making a purchase, or signing up, your CTAs should guide users toward action effortlessly. Don’t stop there. Use analytics to measure performance, uncover what’s working (and what’s not), and make data-driven decisions to boost user experience and conversions. Your website can do so much more than you think—it’s time to unlock its full potential. Let’s build something that works smarter, not harder. 🚀

🎄✨ What a way to wrap up an amazing year at Dapth! 🎉 We kicked off our Christmas party with some epic Secret Santa exchanges in the office (you know, where the gifts are as funny as they are thoughtful). 🛍️ Then, it was off to Lawson Flats for delicious canapés, more drinks, and a whole lot of laughs. 🍸🍴 But the real highlight? A Murder Mystery game with none other than the Perth king of crime himself, Mike Drysdale from Folklore Events! 🕵️♂️🔪 Let’s just say… the plot twists were as wild as our year, and Mike brought the suspense and hilarity in perfect measure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend if you’re looking to kill it at your next event (pun intended)! 🎭 Thank you to everyone who made this year so incredible – here's to even more memories and fun in 2024! 🥂 #DapthChristmasParty #SecretSantaShenanigans #MurderMysteryFun #PerthEvents #BestYearYet #perthdigital #perthsoftwaredevelopment #wearedapth #wedu

Last week, we celebrated four incredible years as Dapth, a milestone that reflects the dedication and passion behind building something truly meaningful. But the journey goes deeper. It’s been 10 years in business, and this week also marks 12 years since Phil and I took the leap of faith to emigrate to #Perth. These milestones are more than just numbers, they represent resilience, determination, and the results of some bl00dy hard work! Phil and I have poured our hearts into this journey, and through that effort, we have built something we are so proud of, not just the business, but the solid, talented, and amazing Dapth team. They are the ones who enable us to deliver incredible results and make an impact. Speaking of impact, I am thrilled to share some of our latest work. This past week, Dapth launched four bold new enterprise digital experiences at once, proof that even as 'quiet achievers,' we are creating big waves. Check out the article here: https://lnkd.in/gCSJKhWD Here’s to celebrating the past, present, and future. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. Let’s see what the next chapter holds!
"Quietly leading the charge in WA’s digital transformation, independent consultancy Dapth may have just set a new local record by launching four large enterprise experiences in the past month. Previously a well-kept secret, having 30 developers, designers and strategists working side-by-side with clients to solve complex business challenges is creating the kind of results that are getting them noticed..." https://lnkd.in/g5JVdX4U Thank you @CampaignBriefWA @AdamShaw #consulting #transformation #design #digital #servicedesign #strategicdesign #perth #software #imdex #departmentoftransport #wagov #globalseafoods #relationshipsaustralia #dapth #CTO #CIO #cx #ex

Your website is where first impressions are made and where user experiences begin. But what truly sets a great website apart? It starts with purpose. When your site’s goals are clear—whether that’s driving sales, building brand awareness, or sharing valuable resources—every design and content choice becomes intentional, guiding users along a seamless journey. Next, it’s about knowing your audience. Understanding who you’re speaking to shapes everything—design, tone, and content—making sure your site resonates with the people who matter most. But great design alone isn’t enough. A truly user-focused website makes navigation effortless, helping visitors find exactly what they need with zero frustration. And when they do? They’re met with content that’s not only engaging but packed with clear, valuable information that keeps them coming back.

Dapth joined IN:WA earlier this year for the community of peers this organisation brings together. And for the learning and sharing that happens between great people from WA's indie agencies. Thank you IN:WA, for a great year and a wonderful Christmas lunch yesterday. Happy Christmas to our fellow members, and our fantastic creative and communications sector!
🎄🎄🤶🎅🎁🎄🌲🎁🎅🎅🌲🌲🎁🎁🤶 Yesterday afternoon, the owners and leaders of independent, WA-owned agencies gathered together for the IN:WA celebration of Christmas and the year that has been 2024. Whether it has been a year of ups, downs, or a mixture of the two, our community is here to help members navigate challenges and reach objectives thanks to our culture of sharing, learning and representation. Our group this year was around three times the size of our gathering at the end of 2023. This is testament to the growth we have achieved in membership, and the engaged and invested individuals that contribute their time and insights to make this community fantastic and unique in the Western Australian creative and communications sector. With 36+ member agencies, we welcomed well over 60 individuals to The Stables Bar in the Perth CBD, and the positive energy in the room was palpable. Our thanks goes to the chair of our board, Jeff Champtaloup, and 2024 board members Ivona Gaspar, Mark Braddock, John Petkovic, Claire Aindow, Nanda Gunnink and Ben De Jonge. Without these good people, our roster of events, activations and member support initiates would not be possible. On behalf of IN:WA, our board, members and community, we thank all of you for helping us achieve a wonderful year in 2024, wish you all a Happy Christmas and a strong and positive start to the new year for our whole sector. If you are looking for a community of peers in the WA indie agency sector, come and join us in 2025. Our agency members now include Bonfire, Braincells, Block, Clarity Communications, Bang Digital Australia, The Cut, Likeable Creative, Anthologie, Slick Design Pty Ltd, Juicebox, Workhouse, Dux Digital, Ideology, Studio Orange, Beautiful Pictures, KIOSK Creative Services, Digital Hitmen, Hatchet, Distl, equ, Rhythm Films, Social Meteor , Start Digital, White Chalk Road, Dapth, The Marketing Room, Daisy Digital, Monday Media, Word of Mouth Agency, Humaan, Berlin, And/And and more
