"Food on the Table provides food and hope to struggling South Australians. Uniquely working with other charity partners making and distributing thousands of meals weekly. Every dollar goes to those in need and together we ensure No One Goes Hungry!" Team work doesn't stop outside of the office and the South Australian Credit Corp team had the pleasure of bringing this culture to our sessions with "Food on the Table" by helping to prepare food for the local Food bank. Thank you Food on the Table for your hospitality, and for the humbling reminder to give back where we can. Thank you also to Credit Corp Group for supporting and promoting #volunteering.

  • Today, on International Volunteer Day, we proudly recognise the incredible efforts of our employees in supporting their local communities across Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, and the United States. One year ago we introduced our Volunteering Policy, offering employees two paid days annually to support charities aligned with Credit Corp’s goal of helping people facing financial hardship. In 12 months, 120 employees worldwide have embraced this opportunity, dedicating over 1,000 hours - equivalent to 130 days - to making a positive difference. From preparing meals and packaging food, to sorting donated goods, improving living spaces for elderly residents, and hurricane relief efforts in the US, our teams have demonstrated the strength of collaboration and teamwork and have been inspired by the impact they have made in a short period. In Auckland, our team sorted 1,834 kg of fresh produce in one day, equating to 5,240 meals for the community; our Seattle team packed over a tonne of pasta to ensure food security for local families; and in Sydney, our team achieved in just 1.5 hours what would have taken the charity over two days to sort and box. We couldn’t be prouder of our global team’s collective impact and their commitment to supporting and inspiring each other to drive meaningful change. #IVD2024 #InternationalVolunteerDay #Volunteering #CreditCorp

I am excited to announce that last month I officially stepped into my role as President of Credit Corp USA, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this position, I have full accountability for driving the ongoing growth and success of our US business, Credit Corp Solutions, Inc. Having served as Chief Operating Officer at Credit Corp for the past 18 years, I have spent considerable time in our Salt Lake City and Seattle offices, gaining a deep understanding of the US collection market and of our business. I am now looking forward to strengthening our local US leadership team and advancing the business improvement initiatives that have already begun to yield promising results. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our teams in both Australia and the US for their support during my transition and for the dedication they have already shown to the growth of Credit Corp Solutions. • To celebrate #IWD2024, our Chief People Officer, Stephanie Palmer and our CEO Thomas Beregi hosted panel discussions around this year’s theme, #InspireInclusion. The panel comprised team members representing our offices across Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, and the United States. Each panellist bought their own unique perspectives to the discussion as they explored this year’s theme and looked at how we can foster and inspire inclusion in the workplace.   The panel also shared some of the achievements of the Women’s Success Network, our network of Credit Corp’s women and allies aimed at levelling the playing field, identifying and minimising any perceived disadvantages women may encounter in the workplace, and empowering women to progress through the organisation.   We’d like to thank our panel - Mitch Symes, Adel Megdyatova, Aletha Guillang, Megan Cassidy, Amanda Pope and Oliver Priddin – for their contribution and bravery in sharing their stories, and to the over 1,000-strong Credit Corp team who tuned in to join the conversation. Happy International Women’s Day.   #InternationalWomensDay #InspireInclusion #CreditCorp
