    Today was our 𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 at Creatively Squared. As a fully remote organization, this meant two global calls - one at 7:30am to connect with Australia and the rest of Asia, and another in the evening for our teams in Europe, the US, and Mexico. Between interactive activities in Miro and love bombs from the team, we shared our year in numbers: the impressive number of projects delivered, the hundreds of creators matched with brands... the milestones we hit. It reminded me of my journey of scaling creative teams in all my previous roles. Each time, the most rewarding metrics weren't about growth or efficiency. They were about the humans behind the numbers. The metrics I also care a lot about? The times we learned and shared knowledge. The laughs during working sessions. The moments when a pilot creator succeeded and became a regular. The personal growth stories. Because as I always say, people won’t remember you because of your job title or how much you made this year, but how you treated them. I've led teams of all sizes and complexity. The lesson remains the same: I love seeing the numbers that tell their growth story, their promotions, or their new fancy job titles. It's these "soft metrics" that make us human.
