    We are proud to announce the winners of our 2024 Employee Excellence Awards, recognising the outstanding performance of three special employees within the CouriersPlease organisation. Sales Manager, Sandra Sidra was crowned Employee of the Year 2024 for her unwavering commitment, leadership and contribution to the CouriersPlease business, going above and beyond for both our Franchise Partners and customers. We are incredibly fortunate to have Sandra on our team - she is an outstanding leader and a true inspiration. Lakhwinder Singh or Lucky, as he’s known to his team, has been awarded Leader of the Year for 2024 and is a shining example of prioritising safety and constantly improving services and systems in his role as Operations Manager for our High Wycombe, WA facility. Saurabh Sharma, from our Pemulwuy, NSW, facility, was awarded the 2024 Operational Excellence Award for his dedication to operational efficiency and willingness to go the extra mile. This milestone represents the next step in our evolution as part of the FMH Group, with PEP's capital investment enabling the Group to scale operations, innovate further and seize new opportunities.
