🟣 Last month, we met for our 2024 People Summit in Sydney, Australia!  The primary purpose of the Summit was to meet with our colleagues – old and new – and celebrate our people. The BeamTeam brought their curious and open minds, welcoming smiles, and incredible energy to create a fabulous event. It was special to see everyone connecting, brainstorming solutions, learning about our industry, and sharing our evidence of impact.       We spent two days immersed in all things Beamtree - reconnecting with our mission, vision, and values, and learning about the impact our products, solutions, and teams are having on our internal and external clients. Mixed in with the learning and motivation, was a whole lot of fun! It's been an action-packed few days for the Beamtree team at the 2024 Pan-Canadian Conference on Health Information, hosted in Vancouver by the Canadian Health Information Management Association - CHIMA.   Along with Tectonic Advisory Services Inc. we were proud to sponsor the Networking Reception on Day 1, as well as the Opening Plenary Panel on Day 2, "Coding Modernization: How New Technology is Improving Quality in BC,". The panel was moderated by Glenn Lanteigne and we heard from a great line up of speakers including, Alexandra Flatt, Monique Rasmussen, Tina Ingham, Jodi McMullin, Juliana Wu with support from Beamtree's Steve Badham. It was great to hear the panel share their perspectives and spark thought-provoking discussions on how data quality is a fundamental foundation for Learning Health Systems, and how coding teams are driving improvements in quality and accuracy through the use of advanced technologies.
