Reflecting on the year, it’s been another productive and fulfilling one for CIM. We’ve experienced significant growth in client partnerships, welcomed new team members, and earned increased recognition across the industry. In this wrap-up, Dave shares some highlights from the year and celebrates the achievements that have set the stage for even greater success in 2025. CIM's 2024 in review! One of my favorite definitions of performance comes from McKinsey: "Performance is the product of people across the business who make thousands of individual decisions on a daily basis." This definition resonates deeply with our mission at CIM: to reduce more than one gigatonne of built environment emissions and positively impact the daily lives of operations and facilities teams. Reflecting on 2024, it’s been another performance-driven and impactful year for CIM. Here are some highlights: 🇺🇸 Breaking ground in the US Our US operations experienced notable growth this year, with PEAK now monitoring over 30 million sqft of real estate. This success is driven by increasing market awareness, additional resourcing, and the invaluable support of our industry advisors. We’re especially grateful to Aero Performance Group for showcasing how the PEAK Platform has enabled 50% growth in their active project portfolio and more. 🤝 Strengthening partnerships and welcoming new clients We strengthened relationships with long-standing partners like The GPT Group, LaSalle Investment Management, Charter Hall, CapitaLand, Eagle Street Partners, and Growthpoint Properties Australia. We also welcomed new partners, including Sodexo, Keppel (Real Estate Division), Sentinel Property Group, The Australian Museum, Terraplex, and more. The collective impact we’re achieving together is clear, with Charter Hall and QIC Real Estate highlighting their ongoing use of our platform in their sustainability reports. ✨ Constantly evolving platform Engagement with PEAK continues to surpass expectations, with most key metrics outperforming SaaS benchmarks. This year, we launched a range of innovative features, including sustainability ratings, alert notifications, alert filters, and elevator monitoring (an industry-first now being actively piloted with a number of clients). We were delighted to reach over 60 independent reviews on Capterra, with an industry-leading rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars. 👥 New members, new perspectives This year, we welcomed 17 talented individuals to our global team, enriching our three core regions with diverse skills and viewpoints. Among these were senior global appointments, including a VP of Customer Success and VP of Sales. Despite our expansion, we’ve stayed true to our strong team dynamic by regularly bringing everyone together to align on strategy and foster collaboration as a unified global team. 🤜🤛 Building a community In 2024, we solidified our role as thought leaders by hosting eight insightful webinars that connected hundreds of industry professionals. They received excellent feedback, with growing attendance and a 36 NPS. Our thought leadership extended to impactful publications and a variety of industry blog articles, while we strengthened ties with like-minded industry organizations. We’re grateful to our clients, team members, partners, and investors for their unwavering support throughout the year!
