About us
Central Bayside Community Health Services (CBCHS) provides a wide range of services to support healthy living and social connection to those living in the City of Kingston and surrounds. These include specialist medical services, dental and allied health, nursing and counselling services as well as aged care social supports and disability services. We provide low-cost services for health care and pension card holders. We are a registered provider of NDIS and My Aged Care Services. Our services are available to everyone however, priority access is given to people with the greatest risk of poor health outcomes and the greatest economic and social need. Whether it’s a single visit, or a range of services and programs, we are here to help people live healthier, happier and independent lives.
