Nectarine picking still in full swing last week. Our CEO thought they were yummy, but Matthew Cutri is always a harsh critic and said they were "acceptable". His feedback with the treated paddocks was that fruit sizing was good and the trees are still looking great. With some new software we will be able to put some data behind it next year. The challenge will be getting the paddock to dry enough off so that we can get it cut. Working through the data from paddock measurements and they look promising. This wheat crop is in its second year. We also treated half of the control paddock this year. When compared to control root weight is up 250% for the second year and 190% for first year. Head numbers per plant were up 230% on both which attributed to higher total head weights per plant. It's nursery time again! Here we are checking citrus rootstock treated at 2 different timeframes. This is to help determine whether treating at potting makes any significant difference compared to later treatment. It's also about making the process simple and repeatable. In Mildura continuing to monitor our babies with height and trunk diameter measurements. These trees will be measured over the next 6 months, after which we will be checking root biomass and periodically checking biology numbers. Initial results are very promising and appear to replicate previous work done with olives and BioHub Endo-4. CEO had the pleasure of checking on the progress of these babies who are coming along great. Also a good opportunity to check on EC levels after a recent BioHub Sequest application. On average, a reduction of 29% in the drip line, while the outer hill measurements increased by 80%. Still waiting for final header results but the final crop measurements taken last week by our grower and the CEO look promising. When compared to the control area, there were advantages in root weight (18%). This drove tiller weight (95%), average heads per plant (92%), and total head weight (78%) improvements. The average individual head weight was 5% less but this is potentially to be expected due to the higher head count. CEO in Adelaide checking on this tomato crop. There have been some nutritional concerns driven by increased EC from irrigation water. We measured the water and were shocked at the levels. Despite this the treated areas in the drip line doubled their improvement over the outer moisture areas by almost 70% at the surface and 35% at depth. Monitoring of the water will now be more consistent. Working with Ilia Antonas, this will allow for adjustments to BioHub Sequest and the nutrient program to match changes. #measuremeasuremeasure #ecchallenges #biohubsequest

End of season measurements in barley, wheat, and lentils in SA. Root structure here looks pretty good. We will be measuring root biomass, plant biomass, head counts and weights.
