Caring for the Community.   This week, at short notice, our incredible team stepped up to support the Property Industry Foundation (PIF) by organizing a cleaning service for a transitional home in Sylvania, managed by Caretakers Cottage.   This home will provide a safe and welcoming space for eight young people, aged 16-24, who are at risk of homelessness and working towards independent living.   Our team mobilized quickly, ensuring the home was immaculate, hygienic, and truly inviting for its future residents.   We are honoured to play a small role in creating a positive and supportive environment for these young individuals as they begin their new chapter. #BICConsolidated #CommunityImpact #Teamwork #PIF #GivingBack

Congratulations to the Liberty Place building management team at JLL, co-owners ISPT and The GPT Group, and BIC Consolidated’s Onsite and Sustainability team for achieving an impressive 4.5-Star NABERS rating! This remarkable improvement from the previous 3.5-Star rating marks a significant step forward, elevating Liberty Place from “Market Standard” towards “Superior Performance.” This outstanding result reflects the unwavering dedication and collaborative efforts of the building management and cleaning teams.
