    As the AAGE Conference is set to kick off this week, I am pleased to announce Benchmarcx will be launching, for 2025, the Top 50 Graduate Employer Rankings for Candidate Experience. Having been a Head of Grad recruitment, I understand only too well the importance of getting CX right, not just in the ability to attract and hire but also the longer term ability to attract talent for many years to come as graduates develop their careers. Not to mention the potential commercial impact too. However we are more than just rankings, employers will get real-time access to candidate experience data so they can compare their CX to others (as a collective) vying for the same talent, segmented by industry, stream/business unit, location, gender and much more. Journey points will include from Engagement on Campus through to Onboarding. We have been working behind the scenes with some amazing Graduate Recruitment Leads on designing the grad recruitment version of Benchmarcx and this will be live before the beginning of 2025, ready for those kicking off recruiting campaigns in Jan.     Even before I joined Steve Gard to run The Circle Back Initiative earlier this year, it's fair to say I was a massive fan. The work he has done to improve the candidate experience for millions of job seekers since CBI started in the darkest depths of COVID, has been incredible.
