HARBOUR SHORES CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 🚧 We are excited to share an update on Harbour Shores, our landmark project on the Gold Coast. Since commencement in June 2024, we have made fantastic progress on Stage One, which will include 131 luxury apartments and 18 waterfront villas when complete. Highlights include: Civil works are ahead of schedule, with road pavement scheduled for early 2025 Basement excavation for our first apartments in The Waterline is now complete Two thirds of the basement raft slab within The Waterline are now complete, with the third on track before the end of the year More milestones are coming over the next few weeks, with big changes on site including the installation of our first tower crane and the commencement of the waterfront boardwalk. Mosaic Property Group has sold $210 million worth of apartments within the first two weeks of its new Kangaroo Point apartment development, The Bedford by Mosaic. The pre-sale result is Mosaic's strongest early Brisbane response ever, coming ahead of its scheduled public launch in January 2025. Mosaic Founder and Managing Director Brook Monahan noted the high anticipation surrounding the undertaking, set to become the first major development in the area in over a decade, with the bulk of sales coming from the Company’s database. Following acquiring the site from Woolworths, Mosaic collaborated with Gold Coast-based architecture firm BDA Architecture to enhance the original Cottee Parker scheme. Read more below. Mosaic Property Group recorded $210 million in pre-sales in the first two weeks of the launch to investors of its Kangaroo Point tower, garnering more than 600 expressions of interest. A launch to the public is scheduled for late January. Two years after apartment developer Polycell Group Pty Ltd spent nearly $45 million on the 1980s timeshare Voyager Resort in Broadbeach, they have unveiled their redevelopment plans. They have submitted plans to build a 59-level tower at 167 Old Burleigh Road, a prime 2,076 sqm site at the corner of Elizabeth Avenue. BDA Architecture, who designed The Rochester for Polycell, has taken the architectural reigns for the new project, dubbed 167.OBR in the documentation submitted to the Gold Coast City Council last week. The proposed development includes 130 apartments in two, three, and four-bedroom configurations, along with a ground-floor café and basement and podium parking for 317 vehicles. Read more below.
