“Parents and carers are exhausted, they feel underappreciated and they are really struggling to juggle work and care at home,” said Georgina Ridley, Economic Policy Adviser at the Office for Women. “At the same time we heard that men don’t feel supported by their employers to take time out of the workforce for paid parental leave,” she continued.
