About us
The AIE's mission is to promote understanding and awareness of energy issues and the development of responsible energy policies in Australia. The South Australian Branch comprises local energy professionals with a focus on energy issues impacting local and national energy markets. Through a wide range of activities, the Institute encourages discussion and debate on energy issues, promotes research and disseminates information. These activities, including conferences and seminars, symposia and technical meetings, attract speakers of national and international standing and enable Institute members to discuss and debate emerging energy issues and developments in technology.

The future of energy is bright 💡 Yesterday, our Young Energy Professionals AIE Young Energy Professionals (YEP) hosted 30 energy professionals on an exciting tour of SA Power Networks’ Network Innovation Centre, where participants explored some of the organisation's innovative projects shaping the energy landscape. A huge thanks to Michelle Howie Lauren R. and Vitor for taking us through yesterday! Also, a shout-out to our YEP Committee members Nick Langridge and Radhika Gupta for organising this insightful event.
