We were pleased to host the Social Impact Leadership Australia (Sila) Leadership Cohort at our Gladstone site last week. Sila is a 10-month program designed to disrupt traditional ideas of leadership, fostering development and capacity building for CEOs of for-purpose organisations across Australia. The current cohort, a mix of Northern Territory and Queensland leaders, visited Gladstone to learn from regional leaders tackling unique challenges. The cohort included: Annie Riley (CEO, Carpentaria), SezzaJai Sykes (CEO NT Writers’ Centre), Tanya Stevensen (CEO, Hervey Bay Neighbourhood Centre) and Lucas Patchett (CAO, Orange Sky Australia).
