But not all moments in this industry are as picturesque. Managing a tech company in the fast-evolving UAV sector requires determination and hard work. It involves travelling thousands of kilometers for presentations to "real decision makers," which, in 90% of cases, don’t convert into business. Navigating POCs (Proof of Concepts) can be particularly challenging. Some yield profitable results, while others turn out to be costly and fruitless. It's tough to recover from projects that fall through because the main client either runs out of funds or decides drones are too nascent. This industry is aggressively competitive. We face not only the pressure of innovation but also the challenge of competing against companies with flashy brochures and amazing PDF's that promise the world but deliver little. Investors can be easily swayed by cheaper, less effective products, wasting the time and resources of genuine clients. Despite these hurdles, the blend of beautiful missions and hard-earned successes makes it all worth it.
