On today’s International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we reflect on our impactful Diversity Month, which we celebrated throughout November. Under the motto "Make Inclusive Culture Happen," we dedicated the entire month to promoting #diversity and #inclusion across our organization. 💛 CEO Johann Strobl and Heike Mensi-Klarbach, Head of People, Culture & Organization, kicked off the month with a Diversity & Inclusion breakfast and opened the “Path of Diversity” exhibition, developed with the Diversity Think Tank. The exhibition showcases the rich tapestry of experiences within our community and will tour Raiffeisen Landesbanken in 2024 and 2025. 🌟 We also addressed neurodivergence in the workplace, offering valuable insights into creating a more inclusive environment for people with ADHD and autism. We’re proud to have launched a new employee resource group (ERG) focused on #GenderEquality named “Lead UP” and an affinity group focused on generations. Alongside our established ERG "EMBRACE," which supports LGBTIQPIA+ topics, these groups will continue to foster community and belonging among our employees. 🤝 Our commitment to diversity includes educating our staff, especially leaders, who aspire to be role models in creating an inclusive culture. Let’s continue to make diversity and inclusion happen, ensuring everyone at RBI feels valued and empowered. 💛 #MakeItHappen

We are proud to be long-term partners of the Global Peter Drucker Forum, held annually at the HOFBURG Vienna. Our leaders are dedicated to staying ahead of the curve and engaging in meaningful conversations with top thinkers. 🙌 This year's theme, “The Next Knowledge Work: Managing for New Levels of Value Creation and Innovation,” provided a great opportunity to rethink work, leadership, and our relationships with others and ourselves. Our leaders engaged in insightful discussions on #leadership, #AI, and #education, and we were pleased to support our colleague, Iryna Arzner as she participated in a panel on upskilling and reskilling our workforce. ✨ The key takeaway? ⭐ Even as we move into an AI-driven world, the human element remains essential. We are transitioning from merely customer-centric to human-centric organizations. These inspiring days have reinforced our commitment to investing in education and leadership development because we believe that great leaders make great teams. We feel encouraged to continue this path and drive innovation, create value and shape the future of the bank. 💛 Patrick Marek, Nika Kenda, Elena Filipidescu, Guadalupe Landa Rosas, Wolfgang Rachbaucher, Christina Unzeitig-Böck, Hanna Gruber #MakeItHappen
