📢 The OSCE is recruiting an ICT Support Assistant to join their ICT Service Desk team in Vienna. In this role, you’ll support OSCE Computing Resources Users by resolving service requests, managing ICT equipment and inventory, creating user documentation, coordinating with vendors on repairs and software needs, and providing technical assistance for events and meetings, both in-person and virtual. 💼 Requirements: • Completed secondary education; a first-level university degree in IT, Computer Science, IT Security, Computer Engineering, or related fields is an asset. • 5+ years’ experience in ICT service delivery, preferably in international/public sector settings. • Experience supporting ICT devices (PCs, smartphones, tablets). • Ability to create training materials and deliver both in-person/virtual training; event technical support is a plus. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows OS, and Office apps. • ITIL or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
