Herzlichen Glückwunsch liebe Beatrice Sauter zur Rezertifizierung als Transfer Designer. Seit über 3 Jahren nutzt Du proaktiv die 12 Stellhebel der Transferwirksamkeit um den Erfolg / die Wirksamkeit deiner Trainings zu steigern. Einfach toll! Wir sind so dankbar für Deine wertvolle Mitarbeit in unserer Community und freuen uns auf viele weitere „Transferpower-Jahre“. Hier ein kurzer Einblick wie Beatrice die Wirksamkeit Ihrer Trainings erhöht - danke für das Teilen mit uns. Die Grundidee: Trainer und Teilnehmer arbeiten gemeinsam an der konkreten Umsetzung des Gelernten. Umsetzung: nach 4 Tagen F2F Training gibt es einige Wochen Pause zur Umsetzung der vorab definierten Babysteps. Dann gibt es konkret definiert 2 3-stündige Live Online Trainings. Diese sind ausschließlich dafür da, zu reflektieren, was gut funktioniert hat und um dann den Fokus darauf zu richten, wo die Teilnehmer noch Unterstützung brauchen. Mit Hilfe der kollegialen Fallberatung unterstützen sich die Teilnehmer und Trainer dann gegenseitig, um weiterführende Babysteps zu definieren. Tipps: Vorab konkret die Terminblocker rausschicken, es zum festen Bestandteil eines Trainings machen und das Tool der kollegialen Fallberatung bereits vorab im F2F Training einmal einsetzen, damit die Teilnehmer den Mehrwert erkennen. #LetsMakeTransferHappen #transfereffectiveness #transfer #learning #learninganddevelopment #trainingdesign
