A predictive model for reading habits in school libraries of children and adolescents. This paper explores the application of Artificial Intelligence models based on supervised and unsupervised learning to predict the frequency of participation of children between 3 and 17 years old in school library activities. The data source is the information collected from the National Reading Survey carried out in 2022. This data set initially shows an alarming figure: only 43.7% of people in Peru read at least one book that year. For this reason, the results will allow validation of the efficiency of the methodologies used in libraries to capture the attention of the evaluated population. Likewise, with the results obtained, improvements will be encouraged that will awaken the population's interest in the activities provided by both school and regional libraries, and in this way, awaken and encourage the reading habit in the young population of Peru. https://lnkd.in/eZFyGBt4 #UNI #MachineLearning #ArtificialIntelligence
