MySafaricom App 4+

The app provides many features. However, it's irritating to struggle with typing a contact number to send money to. It's super slow at taking up each digit and even editing it. Some of these are one-off transactions so I wouldn't have them in my contacts.

Please sort this out urgently. It's a nagging issue ever since these last two updates were introduced.

You are forcefully forcing your app updates down our throats and this action is very disgusting. Forgive me! But I thought Kenya gained independence in 1963, now why the bondage again? You are forcing me to update the app failure to which my app stops working because I’m being bombarded with the advert on the new update without being given an option to update or continue using the app as it is, even when the new features mean nothing to me. Stop putting us into unnecessary frustration especially taking into consideration that the updates are not free, it’s our data you are forcing us to waste on nonimportant updates. Yes we know you are selling the data bundles but even that does not give you a reason to force us to waste our hard earned data simply because you want to announce huge profits.

My app has issues... when I open the app it only brings the first part but it is not able to complete opening. I have tried uninstalling it then installing again but it would want to work also I’ve tried restarting my device but also not functioning properly then I had to conclude that I would uninstall the app for some time but after installing it again it’s not function please help me please I really need to use this app.
