Statement of integrity PDF opens in new tabThe UC Immunization Policy requires incoming students to obtain certain vaccinations and screenings recommended for colleges and universities by the California Department of Public Health. The required vaccines currently include: Measles, Mumps and Rubella; Varicella (chickenpox) (VZV), tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (Tdap) and the COVID-19 vaccine. Students 21 and younger are required to receive the meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MenACWY), and all incoming students must also complete an online screening questionnaire for tuberculosis (TB), based upon CDPH guidance. Please note: UC may stipulate additional vaccination requirements based on recommendations from the CDPH.
