This position requires an active TOP SECRET clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS//SCI security clearance.
Senior Program Analyst functioning as the holistic scheduler for a NAVAIR PMA.
This job will empower you with a strategic view of multiple pillar programs in planning and execution supporting the Warfighter of the Future.
Required Experience: • Experience with project mgmt.
tools/techniques and business case analysis • Experience performing data gathering and analysis for NAVAIR PMA and / or VX squadron.
• Experience analyzing NAVAIR, PMA, or VX program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Experience collecting, organizing and interpreting NAVAIR, PMA, or VX technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
• Excellent written/verbal communication with experience developing briefings for senior and executive NAVAIR, PMA, or VX managers • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.
g.
PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project) • Experience briefing and interacting with executive NAVAIR, PMA and VX management, senior leadership, etc .
• Ability to handle ambiguity, numerous personalities, and changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: • Develops and tracks program/project status and schedules with proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned major portion of a program • Establishes and defines program plan requirements and performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans • Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans • Develops, writes, and edits material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures, and installation, operation, and maintenance of machinery and other equipment • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual and schedule objectives are met Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business administration, accounting, finance, economics, management information technology, or a related business or management discipline • At least four (4) years of experience in program/project management, technical, or business analysis discipline; and included in the four (4) years, there must be two (2) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting aircraft and/or weapon systems development programs including simulators, mission execution, and operator events.
Security Clearance Requirements: • This position requires an active TOP SECRET clearance on start date and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS//SCI security clearance.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
Must be able to communicate converse and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, computer printer and copy machine For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.
S.
-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
