*Key Responsibilities:* _Adventure in Every Interaction:_ Maintain personal contact with customers and team members to ensure customer satisfaction including special orders and customer complaints.
_The Art of Consistency:_ Assists in human resources functions including processing payroll, inputting confidential data into payroll computer, completing required forms and reports, and conveying information to corporate Human Resources personnel.
_Curators of the Store Experience: _Assist the Store Manager in maximizing profitability by managing all aspects of store operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
*Previous Supervisory Experience is Required.
* *Previous Grocery Experience is Preferred.
