Shift Lead

Dollar Zone, Alaska's premier dollar store, is looking for a shift lead.
Duties include but are not limited to: Performing cash deposits and drops Assisting customers Manage associates Work and input multiple reports into a PoS system Balloons As a locally owned business, we strive to make our environment the best possible for both associates and customers.
The ideal candidate will have: Open and flexible availability Outgoing personality Comfortable with deadlines Works well in a fast paced environment Be able to repetitively lift 25+ pounds and be able to work 8 hours on your feet.
Interested in learning the skills necessary to be promoted into a primary management position.
Schedule: * Weekends required * Holidays required * Shifts are generally from 8am-4pm, 1:30pm-9:30pm, or 10:30-7:30 This Job Is: * A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more * Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
