This question comes up sometimes: How to further improve tech & innovation in Armenia 🙂 So other countries, apart from Public investment in Sciences, also incentivize Private investment into innovation Startups. One policy example suggested to me yesterday was ESIC. Another one is ESI. On both of these, losses on Startup investments can be tax deductible. There was some work done on this type of a policy in Armenia as well – hope this will continue. This would definitely further improve tech, and general growth outlook.
