Responsibilities: - Coordinate project activities and ensure all phases are completed on time and within budget - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation - Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate project progress - Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly - Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence - Conduct blueprint reading and assist in construction estimating tasks - Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam and ProCore for project tracking Qualifications: - Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry - Proficiency in project scheduling and time management - Strong knowledge of construction management practices and procedures - Familiarity with construction management software tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Join our team as a Project Coordinator to contribute to exciting projects in the construction industry.
