*Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:*
As our Senior Project Administrator, you'll be the foundation of our construction operation.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it (which we hope you will), is to run all aspects of project administration and coordination.
You will serve as the right hand, key individual to sustain and enable our construction team as they build optic networks throughout Albuquerque and other locations in New Mexico.
You will take full charge of the office and ensure that operations stay on track with comprehensive and active administrative support.
Your role will be to support the project director, project managers, and construction crews, ensuring the overall success of all projects.
*What You'll Do:*
* Be the Master of Admin: You will channel your inner fighter pilot skills by displaying exceptional problem-solving skills, incredible organization, hyper attentiveness to detail, resourcefulness, independence, and extensive knowledge of computers, software, and technology.
Administrative tasks will include leveraging production software for real time data on field operations, organizing reporting and tasks for the Project Managers, keeping data entry precise and up to date, keeping the files organized and complete, and keeping the office running smoothly by answering phones, ordering supplies, and otherwise maintaining order.
* Be the Controller of Information: Gather 007 intel from field project managers and crews to uncover all the necessary details and keep things ticking.
* Be the Enforcer of Organization: Every “T” will be crossed and every “I” will be dotted.
There will be extensive workflows related to submitting, tracking, organizing, and distributing items such as general materials/inventory, permitting, blueprints, and as-builts.
Use your spreadsheet prowess to handle it all with finesse.
* Be the Engineer of Efficiency: Identify, develop, and implement improvements in the administration and coordination of the projects and our overall office operations.
