Overview:
As a Production Coordinator, you will work with customer service and installation concerns, including scheduling appointments, ordering parts for services, and maintaining records of services.
Responsibilities:
Answer and handle all incoming customer service and installation concerns including promptly returning messages via phone and email
Schedule all appointments and manage calendar for Installation and Service Departments
Process orders for window, siding, door, and roofing services, as well as local material orders
Report weekly revenue projections to the ROM/AIM/Division Manager
Manage Accounts receivable, scheduling collections and performing collections, as needed
Manage service log, schedule services, and order service parts
Maintain proper lead paperwork
Perform quality site checks as needed
Assist with the maintenance of installation fleet and Champion safety training and circle of safety reports
Assist and or complete job breakdowns as projects are ordered
Assist with checking in received orders
Assist with monthly end inventory count
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
5 years customer service experience
Experience in the window industry a plus
Attention to detail
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Suite and Outlook
Excellent written and oral communication skills including phone skills
