Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Science, Engineering, Management Solutions LLC (Sem-Sol) is a small business in Albuquerque, NM on the forefront of science and industry.
Our skilled scientists, engineers and technicians specialize in directed energy and pulsed power systems and use innovative technology to develop innovative solutions for a range of Department of Defense agencies and commercial industries.
Sem-Sol is seeking an innovative electrical engineer who can generate challenging, interesting, and dynamic solutions that take a project from conception to completion.

* Go beyond what they already know and expand into unfamiliar technical areas

Duties will include:
* Support the development, maintenance or modification of system, component and installation designs.
* Perform and document analyses to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
* Support system components' designs/proposals standards to provide installation and detail documentation.
* Participate in initial and ongoing design reviews.
* Deliver documentation offering a critical analysis and suggestions for correcting errors.
* Collaborate with Project Managers to develop an accurate accounting of all engineering hours required for various types of projects.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
* 3-9 years’ experience in an engineering role.
Desired Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
* Pulse Power experience preferred, specifically in high powered microwave compact systems.
