Including utilities.

I'm neat and tidy and know how to clean up after myself.

I don't mind making dinner for all once or twice a week.

I don't smoke or drink.

Again I'm 420 friendly and smoke on a daily basis.

And I really have no friends to speak of.

so rarely if ever any company.

I love cats and dogs but have none of my own.

I don't own a car.

so I need to be close to a bus stop.

I'm on a couple of waiting lists for housing.

and I need somewhere safe and secure until that happens.

which could take 6 months to a year or so.

I'm currently in Tucumcari.

but will be in Albuquerque the end of February or the first day of March.
