Live in caretaker (Albuquerque)

I am looking for a work trade for rent.
Recently moved back to the mainland after being in Hawaii for the past 10 years.
For the past year I was a live-in caretaker for a dog back in Baltimore Maryland.
I was also a Rover host and took care of several dogs in my area.
I’m new to Albuquerque and thinking of relocating here.
I’m currently looking at and applying for various jobs in the area.
me and my dog Spreckles are currently living the Vanlife and have been traveling around for the past month and a half.
I’ve decided to stick around New Mexico for a little while because I like it here so far.
I’m very tidy, low-key and keep to myself.
I rarely have anybody over.
I don’t know anyone here yet anyway.
I do not drink or do drugs besides cannabis.
I don’t smoke cigarettes.
I like to do tai chi and chi gong in the mornings before yoga and meditation.
I enjoy gardening and growing things.
I like Going on walks and hikes with might dog as well as bike rides.
I don’t do drama of any kind.
I am very easy to talk to and get along with.
My dog Sprex is very well behaved and friendly.
He is super mellow and enjoys lounging as much as going on adventures.
I am very capable of helping around the yard and property in any capacity.
My ideal situation would be to put in work for trade towards/for rent.
I currently have lots of free time to complete many projects and tasks around your house
