Desparate (ABQ)

Aging, retiree, nonsmoker seeks quiet, nonsmoking, fairly clean place to be housemate by the end of Nov.

Running out of time, have to vacate present abode.
Will try to reduce rent by being companion to ambulatory person in fine spirits.
I do not keep vehicles.
Continuing 30 year research and have materials.
Otherwise live a basic life after monastery, which does not contribute much toward income.
