Infrastructure Specialist I/Sr.
/Lead

This position will be open to internal and external applicants and will close on Sunday March 10, 2024.
The Infrastructure Specialist I position pays between $63,440 and $79,300, the Sr.
Infrastructure Specialist pays between $78,640 and $98,300, and the Lead Infrastructure Specialist pays between $90,800 and $113,500.
Placement in any level is based on skills, experience and education of the successful candidate.
About This Opportunity
As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will be working in the Gas Management department on several company priorities, which could include networks, servers, system software, telecommunications equipment, or field SCADA infrastructure equipment.
You may also be responsible for managing third party vendors to ensure the company’s system performance meets operational needs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Supports analysis of infrastructure needs and contributes to design, integration, and installation of present and future technology including communication with vendors regarding available products, enhancements and services
Monitors and maintains infrastructure stability while supporting root cause analysis related to malfunctioning or inoperative hardware/software and routine maintenance including scheduled maintenance and backups
Supports analysis, planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects including maintenance and creation of documentation related to all components
Ensure the reliability, integrity and usability of SCADA field, two-way radios and telecommunications equipment as directed
*Senior & Lead Levels: Entry Level Duties Plus Additional Responsibilities
We’re Looking for Someone With:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year work experience in information technology or operations
Must maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
The ability to obtain Tower Climbing Certification within six months
The ability to obtain Advanced CPR (remote) certification within six months
*Senior Infrastructure Specialist requires a minimum of 3 years of work experience in field operations of SCADA systems & experience in 2-way mobile radio, base station/repeater systems
*Lead Infrastructure Specialist requires a minimum of 5 years of work experience related to the duties and responsibilities of this position
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Primarily office environment with regular field work.
Requires some in-state travel.
Occasionally required to work longer hours and/or on call to handle emergency response as needed.
Manual dexterity and good vision.
May lift or move up to 50 pounds and work at elevated heights in possibly hazardous environments or remote locations.
