Candidate can successfully teach, motivate, and manage the classroom behavior of up to 20 students.
* We are looking for dependable folks with a passion for teaching kids the fundamentals of drawing.
* We prefer applicants holding or working towards a college degree with 1-2 years experience working with children.
* *Must be TRAINABLE! *Must be willing and open to being trained using the Young Rembrandts methodology and teaching techniques.
Must be able to follow curriculum and teaching guidelines.
* Must be able to maintain accurate records * Must be able to attend a monthly staff training meeting during evening hours after class * Must value teamwork and be able to collaborate with other instructors/staff * Must be able to be responsible for packing, handling, lifting, and loading into a vehicle a supply cart (on wheels) with a weight capacity of approximately 40 lbs.
