Candidates must be kind, possess a love of children, have a positive attitude, have an understanding of child development, and have a professional appearance.
Bachelors or associate degrees preferred but will consider recent, relevant experience.
Responsibilities include
* Lovingly attending to the children’s needs
* Creating engaging lessons following our curriculum
* Completing assessments
* Ensuring compliance with all state rules
* Communicating professionally with family members
* Cleaning the classroom and caring for curriculum materials
* Using your knowledge of child development to aid children in their social and emotional growth
* Contributing to the team and the YE mission
* Having fun every day!
