Through a One Team approach, they are collaborating closely with the Air Liquide Group and our customers, ensuring success in every project. ⭐ Inspiring young minds and giving back to the community— Our colleagues in India embody the spirit of Air Liquide’s Citizen at Work initiative! ⭐ Six colleagues from our center in India volunteered their time to provide career guidance to the children at TARA Child Protection & Empowerment, India. By sharing their personal journeys and exploring diverse career paths with these young minds, they offered valuable insights and encouragement to help them envision a brighter future. ▶ This initiative is part of our broader Citizen at Work program. ⭐ Energizing Minds: Engaging with young engineers! ⭐ We were pleased  to host students from @CentraleSupélec and Chimie Paristech, two leading French Engineering schools, at our centers in France. Their passion for the energy transition was truly inspiring for our teams and a great chance for us to reflect on our journey toward a more sustainable industry. At the Cryogenics Technology Center in Vitry-sur-Seine, students explored cutting-edge processes and connected with experts in brazing, welding, and innovation. Meanwhile, at a job-dating event in our Champigny Engineering Center, they discovered diverse career paths across Air Liquide Engineering & Construction and our solutions to decarbonize the industry, with a focus on key hydrogen initiatives in Europe and Asia.
