Gray wolf optimization is a global search method while gradient-based Feed forward back propagation method is a local search. The hybrid algorithm proposed implies the ability of ANN to find a relationship between the input and the output variables while the stochastic search ability of GWO is used for finding the initial optimal weights and biases of the ANN hence reduces the probability of ANN getting stuck at local minima and slowly converging to global optimum. For the purpose of evaluation Performance of hybrid model (ANN-GWO) was compared with standard back-propagation neural Network (BPNN) using Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). The results explained that the hybrid model increases the convergence speed and the accuracy of the prediction.
I had to acquire the skills like MATLAB , machine learning and python for the completion of this task.

In order to facilitate faster drug targeting, comparative metabolic pathway analysis approach was being employed with the help of available extensive public and private databases that store information on various organisms’ metabolic networks among other such information. Although manual analysis has been reported, an automated tool to carry the analysis has not yet been available in the public domain. Therefore, a script ( In Python) was developed to automatically perform comparative metabolic pathway analysis with the help of publicly available databases and tools. Chlamydia Trachomatis D/UW-3/CX (ctr) to test our computational work flow (BLAST, Metabolic pathway analysis tools, KEGG, DEG BioCyc etc.), intervened with some scripts. In the result, out of the 362 different proteins present in the metabolic pathways of the Chlamydia Trachomatis D/UW-3/CX (ctr), 4 proteins have been identified which could be the potential candidates for drug targets in chlamydia. The computational framework has the potential to speed up drug-target discovery procedure.
