    The Akoya Golf development, in partnership with Trump International Golf Clubs, represents a flag ship
    development in Dubai, UAE. The site area is approximately 2,654,877 sqm of land with 1,000,000 sqm of golf course located in Mundon in Dubai, UAE. All the finest elements of quintessential Beverly Hills living spring to life at AKOYA by Damac. It’s an iconic

    The Abu Dhabi government identified the need for a home-grown university that is focused on building the high caliber human capital needed for the economic development of the UAE. This need was addressed by the establishment of Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research.
    The Khalifa University Extension Phase 1 project will add an additional area of 135,000 sqm to the existing 34,500 sqm campus. The University will serve a total of 3000 students and 762 faculty and staff. The new campus will include Abu Dhabi’s first Medical School, and integrated Engineering College and Research & Development Facilities. This new extension will also provide students will world-class facilities consisting of an Auditorium, a Students Centre and a Sports Centre. The University intends to enlarge their current Discovery Centre to 1,000 sqm to encourage public involvement in Science & Technology.
    There will be four major building types on campus: Engineering, Medical School, Students Centre, and Sports & Recreation. Situation and design of the buildings will emphasize the student-oriented nature of the campus.

    The project design was established on key design generators:
    Integrate all of the site components with a strong public realm;
    Establish a stronger sense of memorable public spaces – active, passive, event spaces – through the design of the Expo Plaza;
    A clear address for Dubai Exhibition World with such a strong identity that the image of DEW and the image of Expo Plaza become inseparable.
