Really interesting to see Dubai appointing Chief AI Officers across government enitities with a view to improve operational performance and citizen experience. A few things they will need to be hyper-conscious of are; ⚖ - Governance and responsible AI in an environment where there will inevitably be hundreds of AI solutions live across the various departments. 🔒 - Security and protection of the AI systems which can introduce new entry points for bad actors attempting to infiltrate or attack government systems. 🔗 - Interoperability of the AI solutions with the relevant operational, analytical and data systems as well as with other AI solutions across departments. There is a massive opportunity in such an ambitious program to demonstrate the value of creating automated or partially automated intelligent solutions within and across departments.
