  • Atom Bank mobile Banking App

    I was lead of the UX for Atom Banks mobile development application. I Created user process flows, wireframes, prototypes for the development of the mobile banking app. I Planned customer journeys throughout registration process, setting biometrics and product application including day to day activities for fixed rate savers.     I was lead of the UX for Atom Banks mobile development application. I Created user process flows, wireframes, prototypes for the development of the mobile banking app. I Planned customer journeys throughout registration process, setting biometrics and product application including day to day activities for fixed rate savers. I explored concepts through research, iteration and guerrilla testing and eventual user testing. The team I was a part of continuously moved the design and experience evolving for a more complete modern banking solution. I liaised with Atoms internal visual design team, Business Analysts, Developers, Test Analysts, Product owners, Project Managers and Stakeholders.

  • Current Account Launch & Native Mobile Application

    I worked in a Lean team as Lead UX designer for the mobile banking app. I collaborated with digital agency Deloitte Digital in delivering app for Android and iOS. During this phase the bank was launching a Current Account proposition to customers. I lead and designed the app experience working very closely with brand to deliver a compelling and simple experience to aid customers in facilitating their banking across multiple products into a single customer view.     I worked in a Lean team as Lead UX designer for the mobile banking app. I collaborated with digital agency Deloitte Digital in delivering app for Android and iOS. During this phase the bank was launching a Current Account proposition to customers. I lead and designed the app experience working very closely with brand to deliver a compelling and simple experience to aid customers in facilitating their banking across multiple products into a single customer view. This tied together Savings, Current Account, Credit Card and Loan products.

    My role included co-design and research sessions with customers to gain insights into theirs needs and profiling them into user stories and test cases (Know Your Customers - KYC) This research reflected in the design and implementation of the app and was thoroughly tested in user test sessions assisted by trusted partners to conduct the sessions. The findings were then iterated and implemented in the app.
